Sometimes I Make Cookies Just For the Dough

Anyone else?

I heart cookie dough. I know that is not proper, but hey I never claimed to being proper.

I took some time this week to bust out some cookies with my little men, because they needed the diversion and frankly I needed the dough. I didn't have the key ingredients for some of my favorite cookies so I grabbed the only chips I had, butterscotch, and followed a recipe on the back for Oatmeal Scotties. They were pretty tasty, but they did make me miss my favorite oatmeal raisin cookies.

So today I am going to post not only the Oatmeal Scotties recipe, but I am also going to post or link to posts of some of my other favorite cookies. I would LOVE to know what your favorite cookie recipe is...especially if it also makes a yummy dough...
