38 Weeks

I have hit 38 weeks. It feels like 50 weeks.

I am slow. I am tired. I am a walking big belly. I am the poster-child for the song "Fat-Bottomed Girls", and no, I do not make the rockin' world go round.

For the first time ever in pregnancy, my feet and calves are swelling. Arg.

Getting off the couch at night is a comedy feat in itself. If you need a good giggle just come over about 10 at night and watch me attempt to get off our couch.

Even though all of this makes me grumpy and has been hard, I am grateful to have had a healthy pregnancy. Bean will be here soon enough. Hopefully soon enough I will be not large. We will increase our family and the love within. I really do recognize how blessed I am.

In attempt to improve my attitude I had my sister snap some prego pictures of me and Bean. Enjoy, they will be the last pregnancy ones. I have a really hard time documenting the last bloated stage of pregnancy...some things should be better kept unphotographed...hahahaha.

Here is to 38 weeks and only 1 week to go...

Hey did you also notice I got a new haircut???

Have a great Wednesday everyone! Run a lap for me...how how I miss being able to run!

great pics and i love your hair-cut...just got mine cut and colored yesterday, ha-ha. wow, your pregnancy has flown by...really, i know it seems like it's been super long, but it has flown by. with running a lap...i plan on trying out running again when it warms up even though i've never been a good runner. i might just stick with the elliptical, but i think running would be a better way to get in shape and lose a few pounds. hope the rest of your pregnancy is bearable and before you know it you'll have your little baby :-)

As always girl, you are beautiful when preggers, and way more in shape than some of us while pregnant. I love the new hair! Can't wait to see the new one. For online nick names think Dr. Seuss...Thing 1, 2, 3, 4, :)

You look awesome! You look nowhere NEAR gross and bloated. For that you can look at my photo album, I seriously looked like a mountain giant. :) I'm excited for you!

What? You can't run? ha ha ha...just kidding...NOT FUNNY, I know.

#4 was hard for me. It was the best "mentally" for me (yeah, I was medicated) but being "mentally healthy" for me meant giving up my nazi style pregnancy workouts. I was not as toned and fit as I was in previous pregnancies.

But...having said that, I know you are just as "crazy" as I am. You will lose the weight. :)
