We had another party to go to over here. This time it was an Angry Birds party.
Much to my Oldest's dismay, I made yet again another present. He has informed me that I should stop making homemade present and just buy toys...hahaha. Oh to be so gloriously under appreciated.
Enough of my poor children and their homemade presents and back to the Angry Birds.
I had the idea for this simple drawstring bag. I had some solid red flannel on hand. I paired it with a coordinating print for the inside. Then to make it a true Angry Birds bag, it needed a face.
I drew up my pattern free hand. Then I cut out the pieces from felt and sewed them in place.
I threw in a couple of small Angry Birds toys as well to pacify my own little Angry Bird.
Now I know how a present can be angry and awesome at the same time.
The good news is that this may or may not be the theme that Middle has requested for his party. These bags will probably be showing up again in a couple of months.
